WINTER CE LUNCH EVENT
VIRTUAL PANEL FOR NP STUDENTS AND NEW GRADSOur California NAPNAP Chapters want to invite all 1st year, 2nd year NP students, and recent graduates to a virtual panel with NPs from various backgrounds. We held this for the Bay Area graduating PNP/FNP students last year, and many had the feedback that they would have enjoyed this learning opportunity starting the 1st year of their NP program. While our organization is pediatric-focused, we welcome all NP specialties as we find the information relevant across all the areas.
The focus of the meeting is to review preparing for board exams, applying for positions, preparing for interviews, transitioning to the new role, post-master's education, and discussing various NP specialties. We will have a wide variety of panelists including clinical professors, NP hiring managers, and NPs who work both in research, acute care, primary care, and specialty care. The panelists have also obtained various post-master's degrees including DNP, PhD, MSL, MPH, RNFA. The panel will be held on Thursday, May 6th, from 6 PM - 7:30 PM. In order to attend, we ask all students to register below. https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZEtf-mpqzkuH9KIZJ43fZP1YyV36etzSjwl The panel will also be recorded and registered students can receive the recorded link after the date. |
